Return policy
As a vintage one off handmade brand, we do not offer traditional returns. However, we are happy to offer you a credit for the online store or an exchange for another piece on “unworn’ garments within 14 days of your delivery date.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Also please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item to us.
To arrange a return please contact emmamillsartist@gmail.com I will guide you through the exchange process and provide the instructions to help you. Once your item is received and checked for wear or damages, I can get you your replacement or exchange sent out asap, I will email you to let you know.
All international orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to the handmade production of garments and vintage materials I do not accept order cancellationonce an order has been placed.I make sure to describe the elements of the pieces in detail and communicate fair pricing please review the listing carefully before completing your purchase. Please ask any questions regarding made to order sizing or event wear requirements should you like to order something specific to your event measurements or needs.
WARRANTY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS
I offer a 30 day warranty for items that arrive damaged or with a production defect, if you find a defect please contact within 30 days of delivery with with photos of the damage so we can assist you with repair replacement or exchange depending on the situation.
